Our garments are all on a made to order basis. We ensure our best to deliver you a product of the highest quality. We do not offer Exchange/Returns/Refunds. Please make sure before purchasing you are choosing the correct size for you.
Customised/Made-to-Order: We do not accept returns or exchange on customised/made to order merchandise (The orders that are specifically made according to your specifications, measurements, colour or design)
www.goodpunjaban.com shall not accept the exchange of the product only in some cases if there is a size issue we shall accept a size exchange once for a single product in exchange of a different size (Customised & Made to order products are not valid for any exchange or return) www.goodpunjaban.com shall not entertain multiple exchanges for a single product.
No Cancellation: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Once an order placed cannot be cancelled.
Sale: In the event of sale, products once sold are considered final purchases and they cannot be exchanged or returned.
